Designing a home of your dreams is stressful, but working with Fortunato Architecture lowered that stress level. Dan Fortunato and his staff, Emily and Tawanda, were very easy to work with and very professional throughout the process. Once you meet with Dan you can tell that he loves what he does. During the design phase he was responsive and engaged. Dan listened to our needs, he created a custom look that we wanted for our home. He is talented, his attention to detail is excellent, and his wonderful sense of design reflected our needs accurately. His design options, his explanation and illustration of the finish product was excellent. We made several unexpected changes to our plans and Dan was patient, helped and advised us with the changes. He was very accessible during the entire design phase. After reviewing the plans I can say that Dan’s homes are designed and engineered a step above most homes. His architectural services were extremely reasonable, and our expectations to his work were exceeded. A builder we met has worked with Dan on several jobs and he stated that Dan’s plans exceed most architects and his designs leaves no interpretation for the builder. His words verbatim were, “Dan is spot on with his details.” A vendor we are working with stated “this is one of the better residential specs I’ve seen.” We can’t wait for his design to become our reality! Dan Fortunato of FA Architecture provided us with blue prints relative to our kitchen remodeling project. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional in his work. He understood and answered all our questions regarding the removal of wall and indicated the correct ceiling beams to be installed on the weight bearing walls. I would recommend FA Architecture to anyone. The building inspector commented the blue prints were very well done.

We have used Fortunato Architecture on 3 extensive renovations over the past 15 years and highly recommend Dan and his firm. One project was a split level remodel, one was a ranch remodel, and one was a detached garage, workshop addition. Dan is professional, knowledgeable, and very timely in his turnaround time. We were able to share ideas with what we wanted and he quickly put them into action. His knowledge with specs and codes allowed for quick permit approval and allowed us to stay on track with our time frame. There were times where we wanted to make a few minor changes during each construction, and he quickly made this happen so work could continue on schedule. Dan came out to the work site and was constantly available as needed to assist in any way possible. Fortunato Architecture is a Top notch firm.
